I understand that some of you may think this is a lot of rules to abide by, but we work hard to provide a safe environment for our members. Thank you all for posting. We welcome all comments and suggestions you have for improving Methadone: A Flicker of Light in the Dark. You are important to us and we are very much interested in all you have to say and we will take any of your suggestions seriously and you will receive a reply from us.
We have a Moderator available every day to assist you in any way we can. If you have any complaints to report, need answers to any questions or if you need any help in any area, please do let us know by sending us your questions and we will answer you without delay.
You must respect the moderators and administrators. They all work voluntarily on this forum and they are human, not machines!

My name is Ruth Ann Alston aka lilgirllost. I am the head moderator for this group and I'm always available. I took over as main moderator here so Dee Black could focus her attention to the suboxone forum and not have to handle both furms. However, Dee still moderates here as well so if you wish to speak to her, she is still here. She is also the Vice President of MAT of America. We are the only moderators at this time so if you need to speak to a moderator, make sure you send it a PM to Dee or myself (lilgirllost).
If you don't find your topic, it may have been moved to a more appropriate place. If you have a question, PM a moderator for that! If you have any question about one of the forum rules, please PM a moderator to ask your question.

Thanks for your cooperation.

Word From Your Administrator: Why do we ask you to use Explicit Titles?
I post this message to give some precision about this, because it seems some people don't understand this rule. The forum's search engine base its research on keywords found in topic titles. When you do a Google Search, do you use "help," "problem," "SOS" or "question" as keywords to look for topics about your problem/question?
Certainly not! So this is why it is important to use titles related to your problem, question. Doing this makes the searches much easier for visitors who use the search engine to get an answer to a question.
