~ MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE ~

I just wanted to take a minute to wish everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a safe ans Happy New Year. These can be very stressful times with all the get togethers, parties and being around family members and friends. I don't know ab out anyone else but for me, these are BIG TRIGGERS and LOTS of stress! So keep that in mind and have a plan for dealing with those issues. If you need to vent or just want someone to talk to, we are here for you so don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
Most of all remember to cherish the good times and be glad that you are here (if you were still in active addiction, this may not be the case!) and are able to really enjoy the holiday sober.
