We here at Methadone: A Flicker of Light in the Dark and the Medical Assisted Treatment of America Inc. want to wish a a very safe and Happy New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Thanks for all your help and for your support. Without you guys we wouldn't be here and have a forum like we do. So thanks again for everything.

We have had many new members join us this year and we've had our members who have gone through their ups and some who went through some downs, but the main thing is that you all know that no matter what, we are here for you and will never judge. We are all prone to mistakes and where addiction is concerned, no one is perfect and no one is immune from relapse. The thing is to not give up just because you do have a relapse. You acknowledge what happened, try to see what led you to that point where you crossed the line and then learn from that mistake.

You guys are great, and you have come a long way and should be proud of yourself.

Be safe and stay clean and we hope to see you all back here in the new year.
