I just wanted to take a moment to wish everyone a safe Memorial Day and to remind us of the purpose of Memorial Day. So many times we look at it as a day to remember our fallen enlisted men and women, but I think it goes much further than that. I think it covers ALL fallen men and women who provided any kind of public service. Police, Fire, EMT's and paramedics and any other person who died while serving our country in any capacity. Not just the actual "enlisted" person.
All of these people provide services that make our country safer and protect us in so many ways.
So on this Memorial Day, let's remember all of them.
Be safe and STAY SOBER!
We are not bad people trying to become good, we are sick people trying to become well.
