Three little words. Determination, Patience and Courage.
In recovery these three words can easily become three big words.
We need to have Patience with ourselves and the people around us in our everyday lives if we are to succeed in our goals for recovery. It is not unusual for a person to relapse on their first try at abstinence, that is where Determination comes in. The determination to make it through the obstacles that surround us. And the Courage to explore new opportunities that may come our way.
By placing the three words together in our everyday lives can not only help us to obtain our goals, but perhaps encourage others to follow.
