We may not like to admit it, because this time of year is suppose to be a happy time, but there are times when this can be the hardest time of the year. So try and remember to avoid HALT Hungry, Angry, Lonely or Tired and don't beat yourself up or decide that just throw it all away just because of a small slip up.
