Is unprotected sex safe while taking methadone

Hi there I was wondering if anyone could help me I have recently started seeing someone who is on methadone and I don't no much about it so was wondering if anyone could tell me is it safe to have unprotected sex with him he has been tested for hep c and things like that and everything is ok there.

No its not a joke I no nothing about methadone I have never known anyone else who has taken it and I just wanted to no what would happen if we have unprotected sex I'm on the pill and he doesn't have a disease I just didn't no if methadone can be passed this way or something and it may sound like a stupid question but I just no nothing about it

If that is the case, then no. Methadone just like any other drug cannot be passed from one adult to another by having sex.
Also the disease of addiction cannot be transmitted by having sex either.
There are some great resources out there for the education of the treatment of addiction with methadone. I would suggest that you do some reading so that you are familiar with it and the good it can do.
